The Sandton Comedy Club runs pop up comedy events in and around Johannesburg and recently branched into Cape Town as well. It was the brainchild of Mum-z, 2 time Emmy nominated comedian as an attempt to make stand up comedy more accessible to people in need of comic relief.

Mum-z is also a brand ambassador for The Angel Network and was also a major driving force behind Comedians For Smiles, a fundraising initiative in Cape Town that helps raise funds for children with cleft palettes.
